Well no one could sleep well on an unmade bed with dirty linen and smelly room full of sounds.
So prepare your bed using fresh clean sheets, dim the lights or darken the room, light up some aroma candles and yes put your mobile on silent mode before calling it a day.

These drugs and pills can do you more harm then good as you may end up feeling dizzy the whole of next day.
Also drug induced sleep doesn’t help to relax your body but further slow down your senses making you feel more fatigued. Instead take a shower and have a warm glass of milk before sleeping.
Rather then being dependent on harmful medication, tire out your body by engaging yourself daily in some form of physical exercise.
Play an hour of tennis or any other sport that you enjoy which will not only help you to sweat out toxins but physical exercise will also help you get a good night sleep.
